Terms of service

Terms

Last updated

These terms cover your use of Bill 'Em All, run by Landmine Spring LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use it for a business or team, you're agreeing on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. The owner of an organization decides who joins it and what role they have.

Your data

What you put into Bill 'Em All is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy for details.

Fair use

Don't use Bill 'Em All to break the law, to send spam, or to harm the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.

Free and Pro

The free plan is free with no time limit. Pro costs $5.99 per organization per month, billed through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. We may add new paid features. If something you already use on the free plan ever moves to a paid plan, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

Invoices and money

Bill 'Em All helps you prepare invoices and track their status. It isn't tax, accounting or legal advice. Check your invoices before you send them.

On Pro you can connect your own Stripe account so clients can pay invoices online. Those payments are between you, your client and Stripe, under your own agreement with Stripe: the money goes to your Stripe account, and refunds, disputes and payouts are handled there. We never hold your funds and aren't a party to those payments.

The service

We work hard to keep Bill 'Em All running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending things

You can stop using Bill 'Em All and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and if we do, we'll give you a way to get your data out first.

Fan project

Bill 'Em All is an independent fan project. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Metallica or its labels, and album and song titles belong to their owners.
