01 How much does it cost for a team of 10?
Nothing. Inviting your team is free, with no per-seat fees. Pro is a flat price per team per month, not per person, and adds emailed invoices, reminders, online payments, branded PDFs and QuickBooks export.
02 Can team members see costs and margins?
No. Internal cost rates and margins are for owners and admins only; members can't see them, not even their own cost rate. Members track their own time, and only admins manage clients, invoices and rates.
03 Do care plans work for website maintenance?
Yes. A prepaid plan includes hours per month, quarter or year with a fee for reporting. Work draws it down, warns at 80%, and shows overage. Rename plans to whatever you sell them as.
04 Can we export to QuickBooks?
On Pro, yes. Export invoices as a file QuickBooks Online imports, and map hourly, fixed-fee and hand-added lines to your QuickBooks products and services.
05 Can we run more than one brand?
Yes. One login can belong to several businesses, each with its own clients, team, currency and invoice settings.
