01 Can I bill a fixed-fee project in parts?
Yes. When you build an invoice you choose how much of a project's fee to bill, so a 50% deposit and a final payment are two invoices. The project shows what is invoiced and what is left.
02 Why track time on a fixed-fee job?
So you know what the job really paid. Bill 'Em All divides the fee by the hours you logged and shows your effective rate, which is handy when you price the next one.
03 Can I add expenses to an invoice?
Yes. Add any line by hand, such as font licenses, stock photos or printing, alongside the time and fees.
04 Can I use my own logo on invoices?
On Pro, yes: upload a logo, pick a Minimal, Classic or Bold layout and set the colors. Free invoices print or save as a clean PDF with your business details.
05 Is it really free?
