Log the shoot day by hand and run the timer through the edit, on your laptop or your phone.

Invoice the balance with any extras, and check what the job paid per hour before you quote the next one.
All of that is free. Pro is $5.99 per team a month and adds emailed invoices, reminders, online payments and branded PDFs.
01 Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Set the project to a fixed fee, then bill any part of it, like a booking deposit, and the balance later. The project shows what's invoiced and what's left.
02 Can I bill extra editing on top of a package?
Yes. Put extra edits on an hourly project for the same client, and they bill from your tracked time.
03 Can clients pay online?
On Pro, connect your own Stripe account and every invoice gets a Pay button. The money goes straight to you, we add no fee on top of Stripe's, and the invoice marks itself paid.
04 Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole app works in a mobile browser, timer included. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
05 Does it handle contracts or galleries?
No. Bill 'Em All sticks to time, invoices and getting paid, and keeps them free. Use it alongside your gallery and contract tools.
