Session hours, rounded your way
Start a timer per session or log the day by hand. Billed time rounds to the increment on your rate card: exact, 6, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, or the full hour.
Roll the clock when the red light goes on, bill the band before they load out. Session hours, block bookings and per-song mixes in one place, free. And yes, it's dressed for the occasion.
No credit card · No trial clock · No per-seat fees

Just a demo: no account, nothing saved. The clock runs at 60×, so a second is a minute.

Sell a band 40 hours up front, or give a label 20 hours a month. Prepaid plans count every session down, warn you near the end, and show the overage to bill. Call them "Studio blocks" if you like.
Quote a flat fee per mix, master or album and still log the hours, so you can see which records actually paid.
Invite your engineers, assistants and producers with a link. Give them internal cost rates and admins see the real margin on their hours.
Log patching, recalls and gear repair as non-billable, so you know where the week went without it landing on anyone's invoice.
On Pro, the invoice gets a Pay button: card, Apple Pay or bank debit into your own Stripe account. Bands on tour get polite reminders at 15, 30 and 45 days.
Add the band as a client, then a project for the record with your day rate, a prepaid block, or a flat fee per song. Add their label's PO number if there is one.
Start the timer from the console computer or your phone. Tag the task (tracking, overdubs, mixing) and who's engineering.
Pick the unbilled time, and the invoice builds itself, rounded and itemized. Print it, save it as a PDF, or email it from the app on Pro.
Reports show hours, billed, collected and still owed for any range, by client, so you know which bands to book again.
All of that is free. Pro is $5.99 per team a month and adds emailed invoices, reminders, online payments and branded PDFs.
Yes. Make the project a prepaid plan with the hours it includes and how often it renews: once a month, a quarter, six months or a year. Sessions draw the block down, you get a warning near the end, and anything past it shows up as overage to bill.
Yes. Set the project to a fixed fee and invoice the fee. You can still log the hours against it, so reports show what each song really cost you.
Rates are set per client or per project, so a tracking project and a mixing project for the same band can each have their own rate.
On Pro, connect your own Stripe account and every invoice gets a Pay button. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, we add no fee on top of Stripe's, and the invoice marks itself paid.
No. Inviting your team is free, with no per-seat fees. Members track their own time; admins handle clients, invoices and rates.
